INKLINGS the podcast has landed

On art and livelihood making as a cyclic and neurodivergent human. The soft and calming tones (so i’ve been told) of an enthusiastic west-Walian you've all been waiting for...

an introduction to the verbals + invitation to share what themes + topics you would like to hear more on

Hello folks.

This off-the-cuff verbal INKLINGS introduces why I’ve chosen to get my tongue wagging and start using the podcasting on Substack, and current thoughts on how to get out there and communicate as a freelance artist human who needs to do marketing but often finds this complex and uncomfortable.

There are also reflections on the current GRIND//GROUND research project and what it is consolidating in my practice, what it is to be working and living as a neurodivergent human in the creative industry.

Plus an invitation to you to share with me any themes or topics you would like to hear more on that would help you connect and create.

Whether this is about ways to support our making art, writing practice, the process of ink and paint making with plants and local earth and rocks, working as a cyclic human within systems that do not support our ebb and flow, living and working as a queer and neurodivergent artist, nurturing a land-connected relationship and any other things that have resonated with you from the INKLINGS series so far.

If you would enjoy the soft and calming tones (so i’ve been told) of an enthusiastic west-Walian, look no further. There will be the occasional swear in these podcasts.

Let me know what resonates and what you want to hear more about…

In creative cameradeire,

KJ

PS I am currently ovulating. I didn’t plan to record and send this out today, but it is absolutely where my energy is at! Cycle awareness FTW.
